There are a few reasons why you may not be able to sign in:
- Has your account request been approved?
Contact your organization administrator to check the status of your account request. When your account has been approved, you will receive an email at the address you entered in the account request form with instructions to complete set-up and sign in. Please note that the email may have been redirected to your Junk/Spam email folder.
- Has your account been disabled?
Contact your organization administrator to check the status of your account. If your account has been disabled, you organization administrator will need to re-enable it before you can sign in.
- Have you entered a typo in your email or password?
Double check your login credentials and try entering them again.
- Have you lost internet connection?
You must be connected to the internet to sign in to Sprout. Reset your internet connection, refresh the webpage, and try signing in again.
